On September 1st, nucleus will open - our new canteen at the HKI Biotech Center!
nucleus will offer two different lunch options as well as a weekly soup special and varied desserts from Monday to Friday between 11:30-14:30. >From 14:30-17:00, nucleus will continue to serve coffee and cold drinks as well as salads and pastries. All dishes will be freshly prepared using mainly regional, seasonal, and sustainably produced ingredients and can be eaten on site or taken to-go.
In order to determine the demand for service and prevent food waste, we have set up an ordering system that you can use after a one-time registration with your email address. At www.nucleus-kantine.de you can now order your food up to one week in advance. The ordering period will end at 11 am on the day of the meal. You can easily change your order up to this time as well, e.g. in the event of a conflict of dates or illness. You can see your current order status on the menu page after logging in.
Payment will only be accepted via the usual card systems, with no cash payment available.
