Diversity Charter

The ‘Diversity Charter’ is a nationwide initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions, which was launched in December 2006.

By signing the Diversity Charter in May 2018, Beutenberg-Campus Jena e.V. committed itself to recognising, valuing and integrating diversity at Jena’s Beutenberg Campus. The aim is to create a working environment on the campus that is free from prejudice. All colleagues should be valued equally, regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or worldview, disability, age, sexual orientation or identity.
