SID - Mid European Chapter Spring Meeting 2018: Displays, Applications, and beyond

April 17-18, 2018
Fraunhofer IOF, Jena and Leuchtenburg, Kahla, Germany

The SID Mid Europe Chapter organizes yearly spring and fall meetings with technical and scientific presentations, attracting many European display professionals. The 2018 spring meeting will focus on Displays, Applications, and beyond. Basic technology will be covered as well as systems or applications.

One highlight of the conference will be the first day hosted at the castle Leuchtenburg including the evening event with a knight's banquet.The second day of the meeting will take place at the Fraunhofer IOF and concludes with a visit to the laboratories of the Fraunhofer IOF.

The 1500 Euro SID ME Student Award will be granted to the best student contribution to this meeting.

The lecture series aims to bring together researchers from various disciplines to focus on the topic of ageing, to introduce new treatment strategies in age and age-related diseases, and to discuss clinically relevant issues on the subject. The researchers comprise clinicians, scientists and interested research associates working at the Jena University Hospital and associated research institutes in and around Jena.
